Tier 1- Essential Support

Tier 2- Enhanced Care

- All Tier 1 services
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Support with continence care
- Help with appointments and errands
- Multiple daily visits
- Ideal for: Seniors or those with mild-to-moderate health or mobility issues.
Tier 3- Comprehensive/Complex Care
- For individuals with advanced or long-term care needs.
- All Tier 1 & 2 services
- 24-hour live-in care or overnight support
- Palliative/end-of-life care
- Dementia or Alzheimer's support
- Complex medical needs under nurse supervision
